Consumer Rights
Your rights as a consumer to return goods are protected under applicable United States consumer protection laws. Please note that this Return Policy applies solely to purchases made by individual consumers for personal or internal business use. Business-to-business transactions are governed exclusively by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Electronic devices sold by Express Alert Systems LLC are generally non-returnable, except where required by applicable law. Please carefully review the Return Procedure outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support team by email or telephone and provide the order number supplied at the time of purchase.
- Goods must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, subject to eligibility under this Policy.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- The Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning Goods; purchasing appropriate shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 calendar days of receipt and inspection of the returned Goods.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a proven manufacturer’s defect.
Goods Not Eligible for Return
- Electronic devices, once sold, may not be returned unless defective or otherwise mandated under applicable law.
- Customized, modified, or special-order Goods are non-returnable.
- Goods damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper installation will not be accepted for return.
Returns Procedure
- To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact Express Alert Systems LLC by emailing support@express-alert.com or calling 304-539-9594.
- When requesting an RMA, please specify whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund and provide a description of the issue encountered.
- After receiving an RMA number, ship the return to the following address, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package:

- The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.
- Returned Goods will be inspected upon receipt. The Company may, at its discretion, attempt to repair the Goods before considering replacement or credit.
- Issuance of replacement, repair, or credit is at the sole discretion of Express Alert Systems LLC.
- RMA numbers are valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issuance.
- Typical turnaround time for inspection, repair, or processing is approximately one to two (1–2) weeks from the date of receipt.
Conditions Applicable to All Returns
- Goods must be returned with a written or emailed fault analysis referencing the issued RMA number. Products returned without a fault description or RMA number cannot be processed.
- Goods found defective due to manufacturer faults will be either credited or replaced.
- Unopened, unused Goods purchased in error may be eligible for credit upon inspection.
- Any product damaged due to Customer misuse, improper shipping, or handling will not be eligible for warranty coverage or refund.
- If upon inspection the Goods are found to be fully operational and without defect, they will be returned to the Customer without credit or replacement.
Important Notes
- Express Alert Systems LLC reserves the right to revise or amend this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
- None of these terms affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable U.S. law.
- If any term in this Return Policy is found invalid under applicable law, it shall be omitted to the extent necessary without affecting the enforceability of the remaining terms.
